1. Who we are

2. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms on which the Instly platform is licensed — that is a separate written agreement between us and the broker or insurer concerned. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

3. What this site is

This site describes software we build for brokers and insurers in international health insurance. It is provided for information. It is not a quotation tool and you cannot buy anything here.

4. We are not an insurer, and none of this is advice

We build technology. We do not underwrite insurance, we carry no risk, and we are not acting as your insurance intermediary. Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance, a quotation, a recommendation of any product or insurer, or insurance, financial, tax or legal advice.

Premiums, benefits, exclusions and terms are set by the insurer concerned, and cover exists only when that insurer accepts the risk and issues a policy. Before acting on anything you read here, speak to a regulated broker or to the insurer.

5. Accuracy and change

We take care to keep this site accurate, but it describes a product that is actively being built. Figures such as the number of insurers on the panel, the number of live integrations and typical response times change as the platform changes, and the status shown against each module reflects the position when these terms were last updated.

Screenshots and recordings of the platform use demonstration data. Names, figures and records shown in them are illustrative and are not those of any real client.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site at any time without notice.

6. Acceptable use

You may use this site for your own information and for evaluating whether to work with us. You may not:

• use it in any way that breaks any applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to the servers behind it, or to any connected system;
• probe, scan or test its security without our written permission;
• scrape or automatically collect from it at a rate that degrades the service for anyone else;
• introduce malware or anything else technically harmful; or
• misrepresent your affiliation with us.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design, code, imagery and the Instly name and marks on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not copy substantial parts of the site, reuse it in a competing product, or use our name or marks without our written consent.

Insurer names and marks belong to their respective owners. They appear here descriptively, to identify whose rates the engine prices, and their appearance does not imply any endorsement of us by them.

8. Links out

Where we link to another site we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

9. Availability

This site is provided as it stands. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, and we may take it down for maintenance or for any other reason.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website — including loss of profit, business, contracts, goodwill or data, and including any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

12. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of Thailand and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
