What is Instly Quote?
Instly Quote is a quoting and servicing platform for international health insurance. Brokers, insurers, MGAs, networks and platforms use it to price the market, manage the book and service policies through the renewal cycle. It is six modules — quote engine, Nomi, CRM, Sage, group quotes and Policy Hub — each of which deploys on its own or together.
Does Instly underwrite insurance?
No. Instly builds technology. It carries no risk, is not an insurer, and is not acting as your insurance intermediary. Premiums, benefits, exclusions and terms are set by the insurer concerned, and cover exists only when that insurer accepts the risk and issues a policy.
How many insurers does the quote engine price?
24 insurers are structured, covering 4,550 plans and 71,400 pricing configurations, returning more than 355,000 localised prices. Each insurer has its own dedicated pricing engine built from that insurer’s real rate tables and underwriting rules — not a generic calculator, and not a scraped estimate.
Will Instly contact our clients?
No. Instly never contacts its customers’ clients and does not run a marketplace that competes with the brokers using the platform. The quote experience carries your branding and your insurer panel, and every lead lands in your system.
Can we keep the CRM we already use?
Yes. The interface route is headless: you send a client’s details and get every eligible insurer’s price back in one consistent shape, inside the CRM or platform you already run. You are never asked to throw away something that already works.
How do we put quoting on our own website?
The embed route puts live quoting on your existing site with one line of code, in your branding, with your insurer panel. There is nothing to build or host, it is locked to the domains you authorise, and leads arrive in your CRM with the whole conversation attached.
Can we run it under our own brand?
Yes. The white-label route gives you your own branded workspace — users, data, insurer panel and domain. A network or group can run a separate workspace per member firm or brand on one platform, and nothing tells anyone Instly exists unless you want it to.
Who keeps the insurer rates up to date?
Instly does. Insurer rate updates and repricing, product launches, renames and withdrawals, eligibility, residency and age restrictions, currency conversion and per-market quirks, and continuous monitoring of every engine are all absorbed by Instly. Your integration does not move when the market does.
What is Nomi?
Nomi is a customer-facing assistant that lives on a broker’s own website. It asks what someone needs, prices the whole market in seconds, explains the differences between the options in plain language, and hands the client to your team with the profile, questions and shortlist already captured.
What is Sage?
Sage is an operations assistant for the team rather than the customer. It works inside the CRM and on WhatsApp, knows the book, runs quotes, keeps records straight and drafts email. It completes routine work rather than only answering questions, and every action it takes is logged and reviewable.
How does group quoting work?
You send in the insurers’ quote documents however they arrived — PDFs, scans, spreadsheets, in any format. Group quotes reads them, aligns pricing and the full benefit schedule into one consistent structure, and flags anything uncertain. An adviser reviews every material difference before the comparison reaches the client.
What is Policy Hub?
Policy Hub covers the twelve months after a group scheme is placed. The insurer, the broker, the HR team and the member each get their own view of the same scheme, seeing only what they should. HR sees claim amounts and locations but never who claimed or what for. Members get their card in Apple or Google Wallet, so the policy number and assistance line are already on their phone when they are needed.
How does an integration start?
There is no signup button. It starts with a conversation about what you quote today — which insurers you are appointed with, which markets you write and where the current process hurts, usually a half-hour call. From there the scope is agreed, you get keys and a test environment with real pricing, and then you go live.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on which modules you take and which route you deploy through, so it is scoped in the first conversation. Bespoke work is scoped as a project, and you know the price before it starts.
