This website sets no cookies of its own, carries no analytics and runs no advertising trackers. That is the whole policy — the rest of this page just explains it properly.

1. The short version
This website sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics, no advertising network, no social media tracking and no use of local storage to follow you. Our typeface is served from our own domain rather than a font network, so even loading the page tells no one else that you were here.
UK and EU rules require a consent banner for cookies that are not strictly necessary. We do not set any, so there is no banner — not because we have skipped the question, but because there is nothing to consent to.
2. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep, so that it can recognise the browser later. Cookies are how a site remembers you are signed in — and, elsewhere on the web, how advertising networks follow people between sites.
3. Cookies our host may set
Cloudflare hosts this site and shields it from attack. In the course
of that it may set a strictly necessary security cookie — for
example __cf_bm — to tell a real visitor apart from
automated traffic. It carries no advertising identifier and is not used
to profile you. Cookies of this kind are exempt from consent
requirements because the service could not be delivered securely without
them.
4. When you leave this site
Some links here take you elsewhere: the booking page is Google’s, the team profiles are on LinkedIn, and we link to our own instlyscout.com. Those sites set their own cookies once you arrive and their policies apply, not this one. Nothing from them is embedded in this page, so nothing is set unless you click.
5. The Instly platform
This policy is about the website. The platform itself — the quote engine, Nomi, the CRM, Sage, group quotes and Policy Hub — does use cookies, because a signed-in application cannot work without them: session cookies that keep you logged in and keep the session secure. Those are covered by the agreement between us and the broker or insurer operating that instance.
6. Controlling cookies
Every major browser lets you see, block and delete cookies from its settings, and offers a private browsing mode that discards them when you close the window. Because we set none, blocking cookies will not stop any part of this site working.
