1. Who we are

Instly Quote is a product of Instly Technologies, a trading name of Instly Co., Ltd., registered in Thailand under company number 0105567135903 (“Instly”, “we”, “us”). For the information described here we are the controller. Our registered office is at 139 Pan Road, Silom, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand.

2. What this policy covers — and what it doesn’t

This policy covers instlyquote.com: this website and the ways you can get in touch from it.

It does not cover the Instly platform. When a broker or insurer licenses the quote engine, Nomi, the CRM, Sage, group quotes or Policy Hub, we handle data on that customer’s instructions, as their processor, under the contract and data-processing terms agreed with them. If you are a client of a broker who uses Instly, that broker is the controller of your data and their privacy notice is the one that applies. We do not market to, sell, or otherwise contact a customer’s clients.

3. What we collect on this website

This site has no accounts, no sign-up, no contact forms and no analytics. We do not track you across the web and we do not build a profile of you.

• Technical logs. Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this site, records standard request data — IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, the page requested and the time — in order to serve the page and to defend the site against attack and automated abuse. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
• Whatever you choose to send us. If you email us or book a call, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write.

4. Booking a call

The “Book a walkthrough” links open a Google Calendar appointment page. If you book, Google collects the name, email address and any notes you enter and passes them to us so that we can hold the meeting. That booking page is operated by Google under its own privacy policy, not this one.

5. Why we process it

• To reply to you and to arrange and hold the meetings you ask for — because doing so is necessary to take steps at your request, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our own product.
• To keep the site available and secure — our legitimate interest in the integrity of our systems.

We do not add people to a marketing list because they visited this site. If that ever changes, we will ask first.

6. Who else sees it

We use a deliberately short list of service providers, and only for the purposes above:

• Cloudflare — hosting, delivery and security for this website.
• Google — the appointment booking page linked from this site.
• Hostinger — our email service, which carries the messages you send us.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

7. International transfers

We operate from Thailand and the providers above operate globally, so information may be handled outside your own country, including outside the UK and the EEA. Where personal data leaves the UK or the EEA we rely on the standard contractual clauses or the equivalent safeguards offered by the provider concerned.

8. How long we keep it

Correspondence — for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that there is a record of what was discussed. Server and security logs — for the short retention periods set by Cloudflare, typically days rather than months.

9. Your rights

Thailand’s PDPA, the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR give broadly the same set of rights. Depending on where you are, you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, object to our processing it, or send it to someone else in a portable form. You can withdraw consent wherever we relied on it.

Email mo@instlytechnologies.com to exercise any of these and we will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to your data protection authority — in Thailand, the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.

10. Security

This site is served over HTTPS and is a set of static files with no database behind it, so there is no store of visitor data here to breach. Email you send us is protected in transit and held in a password-protected mailbox. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
